How can I return a product?

We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Visit the returns portal and get your return label.

🇩🇪 Returns within Germany

The return shipping costs are €6.49 and will be deducted from your total refund.

🇪🇺 Returns from other EU countries

The return shipping costs are €12.99 and will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note the following return guidelines:

General return policy:
  • Please return the products in their original packaging.
  • Please return your item within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • Only return incorrect or faulty products upon instruction from our customer service department.
  • Handle the products carefully when trying them on and do not damage the packaging.

Refund: After receiving your return at our warehouse, we require 5-10 working days for processing and issuing the refund.

Returns due to non-delivery:

Shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error, are not picked up at the DHL branch/Packstation, or whose acceptance is refused, will be returned to us. Return shipping costs of €4.99 or €7.99 (outside of Germany) apply.

Options for you:

  1. Resending: If you would like your order reshipped, you must pay the return shipping fees of €4.99 or €7.99 (outside Germany) in advance. We will cover the reshipping costs to you.
  2. Order cancellation: If you cancel your order, we will automatically deduct the return shipping fees of €4.99 or €7.99 (outside Germany) from the refund amount.

Therefore, please carefully check the registered delivery address and track your shipment to avoid additional costs.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not possible for defects or personalized items that are clearly caused by the customer.
